kids & youth

Our children are a significant member of our faith family. They need fun, to grow in their faith, and to feel a sense of belonging in our church. We care for their unique needs by meeting them where they are at and walking with them on their spiritual journey.

Sunday programming

Adults and kids worship together for the first 30 minutes. Elementary and Preschool children are dismissed before the sermon to have fun and learn with their teachers from 10am-11:30am. The youth remain with the adults through the sermon, and are dismissed to talk about what they learned with an adult and their peers.

midweek programming

Vaughan Nelson oversees our youth ministry to reach teenagers from 11 to 19 years of age within our local community and towards building a youth ministry in our church. He collaborates with a team of adults, who build mentoring relationships through an afterschool program.

safety and security

Our director is protective of our kids safety. From background checks to adult-to-kid ratios, she ensures we follow best practices. While parents are ultimately responsible for their children’s safety, we coordinate with a security team to provide an additional level of protection for your family.
